Meeting Organisers can create Rooms, link them to projects/entities/clients, upload attachments, invite attendees and manage archives.
The Meeting Room Solution is designed for board meetings involving directors / administrators / signatories on different companies, but it can be applied to several other business cases.
Depending on the version subscribed, it can be integrated to the server and/or the database of the client or can be used separately with the cloud version hosted in Luxembourg and PFS-compliant.
