The quote is individual and is based on the number of rooms created and the options subscribed.
We assess the client's needs for the number of rooms (i.e. the number of rooms by client/entity per
year) to define together the monthly advance payment for the first year.
At the end of each year, we check the effective use of rooms and we compute the new monthly
advance payment for the year after accordingly.
For the fixed monthly fees approach, the budget is assessed on an annual basis and the client keeps
the same pricing and benefit from all upgrades and new options.
For the 1-time payment approach, the assessment of the client's needs is done only at the beginning
and the subscription is applicable for a period of 3 or 5 years. At the end of the period, a full new
assessment can be subscribed but based on the current pricing. The client has access to upgrades and
new options only on a specific request which would be considered as a new subscription as well.

The current offer includes two products - Meeting Room and Share Room - that can be subscribed
separately or together.
For both of them, many options are available and can be subscribed and billed individually according
to the Features Table. Clients pay only for the options they effectively use.
Different options can be subscribed for different groups of users.
I.e. the client can ask that a first group of users gets access to a more expensive "premium" version
with many options for the official board meetings with external parties and that a second group of
users gets access to a cheaper "basic" version with few options for internal meetings only.

Integration to current organization and processes
The customization of the main portal, the logo and the notification emails but also the update of the
input fields with the client's jargon make it more "corporate" for the team and external parties.
The upload of client's users and projects/entities/own-clients makes it familiar and user-friendly.
Customization mutualized for cost reduction
Further integration into the client's system and/or a more customized version of the platform can be
designed and developed by the Deal Stream Team as well.

we answer the client's needs precisely and in a short deadline.
Depending on the type of the option or customization requested, some discounts on the development
costs could be agreed i.e. if other clients would be interested in this upgrade as well.
