Split of attendees into different categories
In inviting attendees for a Meeting Room, the organizer can split them between the ones who absolutely have to attend and the ones for which a given minimum number should attend only.
This functionality can take into account the directorship mandates based on the articles of association of the entity linked to this room for the board meeting to be compliant for example.

Link to pre-uploaded entities/projects/clients
The client can upload and maintain a list of entities/projects/clients from an Excel file with group/subgroup link between them, i.e. fund/subfund, investment-project/domiciled-entity, client-group/client-individual…
Rooms can be linked to one or several groups and/or subgroups from the list. I.e. a quarterly board meeting can be linked some domiciled entities and one investment project.

(Limited) access granted for external people
For a Meeting Room, the organizer can include external people as attendees and send them availability survey notifications - e.g. for people who have no proper user account on the client's platform.
External attendees receive the notification email with a link which gives them a restricted access to the survey for them to fill in their availability and submit them.

Rooms remain archived and accessible
With the archive option, all rooms created remain accessible on the platform for the related attendees.
The Deal Stream platform acts as a database because the rooms can be searched with the search bar of the main menu based on the subject, attendees' names or linked projects/entities/clients.
The final sets of the documents discussed during the board can be uploaded after the meeting occurred and remain available for any download from any attendee.
